When I said it doesnt take too many sessions to deal with, I just meant you're not going to be stuck in therapy for years...
Phobias generally are dealt with in a very behaviorally oriented way...
Generally exposure therapy tends to work best, and it is in a relatively short time...
Now if there is some thing else behind this phobia that needs to be dealt with, well that could take some additional time, but it's a whole seperate other thing...
