My forehead is itchy and swollen

I used some acne cream this afternoon. but its nothing new. I've used it before.

and my forehead started to itch, but I didnt think much of it. then I made a mad face a few hours ago and it felt like I had a big crease.

so I looked in the mirror...

and it is itchy, red and swollen, alll over my forehead...

whats going on?

am I allergic to it? I mean... I've used it before and I dont think anything happened...

maybe an allergic reaction. or a bite/sting. see a doctor
