Any advice on how to make my eyes look bigger?

I have small eyes and my friends tell me all the time that my eyes are too small.any advice on how to make my eyes look bigger?

firstly, thats not very nice of your friends! how can they critisise something which you can't change??? ummm???

and secondly, I looked at the larger picture of you, and your eyes look perfectly sized for your face!

maybe change your glasses? or have you fringe cut a little shorter...at the moment, your eyes are hidden by your fringe, and going for a smaller rim on your glasses may make them seem larger. but make up wise, use natural shades, that compliment your eye colour...don't go to dark, other wise it will overshadow the depth ofyour eyes..

I would personally tell my friends 'would you like me to point out things about you, you can't change?'

your fine, and friends are supposed to help you notice your good qualities, not ones your feeling insecure about already!

are you asian? it could just be genetics, and you cant beat genetics

thats really not very nice of them, im sure they are fine.
a couple of tips for you though:
when applying eyeliner, do not apply it the whole way around, only about half way across from the outer corner.
If you have glasses to correct shortsightedness, the shape of the lenses makes your eyes appear smaller so if your wearing makeup, you can go a little bit heavier on the eye makeup (but dont over do it!!!)

yea, shes right on the eyeliner thing. Putting it on the top lid will open up the eye, as opposed to the putting it all around your eye. Putting it all around your bottom lid will actually close your eyes up more! Also, if you're ABLE to get contacts, and you WANT them, go for it.
BTW, if your friends criticize you like that, maybe they aren't real friends!
