How can i get my best friend back?

ok so here is the story...
my ex boyfriend was moving to a different state and asked me to go with him and bought me a ring and everything he was my first love and still love him and always will but I've had a different boyfriend for over 2 years my ex...

boyfriend ended up moving and im still here with my current boyfriend my ex boyfriend is very hurt by it still and is still very angry with me I don't want to loose him and I feel like a made a big mistake for not going I was just completely scared of what to do. I need some help on what to do to get my ex boyfriend now my (best friend) to talk to me again I've tried everything but he just wants nothing to do with me and it hurts me really bad but I can't talk to anyone about it! can someone give me some advice on how I can get my best friend back???/

wow violence really helps ( im being sarcastic) but yeah you could just e-mail him talk to him say something like hi it being a long time it been over two years I just want to say I care about you still and would really like if we could be friends I was scared and conffused please give me a chancde to explain propaly ino I've hurt you by moving on but I thought it was the right time... blah blah blah you'll think of somthing gd luck
