I have the same thing,and you know that chocolate makes teeth yellow and the weirdest thing is I have one 47gr dove bar and after my heartstart bitting like I was jogging...it is really not good thing...im trying not to eat the whole thing just half each time believe me its not really good thing to have so much chocolate...

Chocolate is not a craving, its an addiction
im addicted to chocolate! chocolate is my drug I think I crave it more than anything else. Before I eat a meal, I have to have chocolate. After a meal, the same thing.
Is this healthy? @least healthy-ish?
sould I change my habit to dark chocolate? and...
does the oil from it make my face unhealthy?
I know this is dumb, but I just have to admit it.
