My digi cam isnt working, help!

I dont have a dsc-w80, I have a dsc-w90...I don't know if that makes a difference or anything.
Well anyway, my problem is, on the screen of my camera e:62:12 keeps flashing. It's annoying and it won't go away. I tried everything. Resetting everything. It's still there. I don't know what it means.
Has anyone else had this problem? Please help.
