im a wrestler and I dropped 15 pounds to make varsity and with such a small diet I cannot go number 2 on a daily basis. I only go once or twice a week. HeLp

you be careful dropping weight, my son ended up inthe ER for being "bound-up". Make sure you are doing liquids and there is some kind of natural drink in a Green bottle at Walmart can't remember the name but just ask the pharmacists its on the laxitive aisle. But since he wasn't dropping weight in a healthy way I made a descion to pull him out just be safe while dropping weight body is still growing. . .Yea I know I sound like Mom because I am . . .

Dear wrestlingstar,
There is nothing that says you have to have a bowel movement everyday. Larger eaters do because they have more to void. But someone is your situation may not. You should consult a doctor about this though. If you are finding that you are uncomfortable because you are not going try a stool softener, never a laxative. And see a doctor.

I'm not saying laxitive it's a cleanser. . .And yes how long have you been bound up?
