How do I handle my only family having a heart attack?

I'm almost reached the age of 15 and my dad just had a sever heartattack and has been having multiple minor heart attacks since then and the dr's said he doesn't have much time. he's my only family. I have no one but him.

what do I do?

the pain is so extream I dont know what I would do without him. I can't be alone in my life at this age.

please someone help me find out what to do. I know thats a very open ended question so I'm sorry.

im sorry that you are having such a rough time in your life
the only thing I can realy think of for you is an orphanage, if you have completely NO ONE ELSE
or if you have known your best friend for a long time, ask if you can crash at their place until you have worked something out.

I don't know what 2 relle tell you but I'm soo sorry. you have no relatives what so ever? you might have god parents that states if something happens 2 your family e.g. mom and dad, they get costody of you.

not to sound rude but people dont get it I have NO ONE ELSE everyones dead I dont have a mom and I have no grnadparents and my dad has no brothers or sisters. literally theres noone else thats just it
