How do I get over a breakup?!

Help! Me and my friends were talking about what if me and Jake broke up. Then 15 minutes later he calls and says Sorry, I'm breaking up with you! I cried for like 5 hours! He broke up with me just because his friend told him to! It's soooooo stupid! I really loved him and two days ago he told me he loved me. I can't believe I believed him! I feel like he's not worth it but I still really want to be his friend. I feel like even though he's the one making me cry, he's the only one who can make me stop. Why does he care what his friends think? Didn't he really love me? How do I get over him?

yea, it sounds like he is a tad bit to immature hun. There are plenty of other fish in the sea. as hard as it is right now, it will get better.

If he dumped you just becuase of his friends, hes not worth the tears. find someone who really cares about you and makes his own decisions wisely..keywords;HIS OWN. Not his friends. Goodluck!

♥ Wooh. Oviously he is not Boyfriend material if he chooses what his friend said over you. He also most likly meant that he loved you, but was afraid that maybe he would loose a friend over it. My advice to you is tell him that you still want to be friends, && maybe in the future when he is more matur you guys might work out.
