My boyfriend is scared of my parents

My parents are prejudice because my boyfriend dresses emo and im realy girly...but every time he comes over we never do anything but sit around because hes scared of my parents what can I tell them to give him a chance

tell them your the one whos dating him not them and they need to respect that because im pretty sure your parents wouldnt have like it if there parents try to tell them they couldnt go out with each other

I think you should just talk to them tell them whats on your mind tell them how you feel.and if they dont budge if you guys are really in love then it shouldnt matter as long as your happy.!hope I helped

well he is stupid, if your parents dont accept him, doesnt mean you dont either.
Just tell him you love him, And not to be afraid.
