miss her deeply! what should I do to get over the depression!

I had a situaton like that before. I was extremely sad (like you, but not as suicidal) and I couldnt take it. But eventually I started making new friends and I moved on and sometimes even though I feel bad, I forget about her. So just try your best to tune her out and make new friends. I know it sounds harsh but thats reality.

Crying and time is the only way I know to actually get out of a depression. I also try to develop some more skills or learn something new just to get my mind off of things but in the end nothing really works because medicine just covers it up and it comes back 2x harder and everything else is just temporary.

it has neve rhappen to me but I kind of have a feeling that I would get depress and sad and good memories will como but youll be like that for short time you will always have her as a friend but some how you can stat knowing more friends and as years pass ull get used to it the good thing is that when you remeber her there will always be a good memory
