I agree with Megan if its somethin yoou want to do then go for it but if its somethin you might have a bad feeling about then no but I do it and I like it yeah at first it will hurt but after a few minutes it might take you longer but for me after a few ,minutes it stops hurting and actually feels good!!!!!! but let me warn you your muscles have to be totally relaxed cause if your really tensed up it will hurt like hell so if you decide 2 do it remember RELAX!!!!!
