Why does music make me feel depressed?

when ever I listen to music it always makes me feel depressed...y is this?

Maybe you just need to listen to more upbeat songs... when you listen to depressing music, it will definately make you think about the bad things going on that you can relate to that song! Listen to some love songs or something!
