on allow list , right click on the contact's name , if ( delete) is in black , that means that this contact either deleted you of blocked u

You can also download and use Messenger Plus http://www.msgplus.net/

When you install it, do not choose to install the sponsor. After its installed, look in the plus options for Contact List Cleanup. You will see in there if anyone has removed you from their list.
