Can I move out at 15 and live with my sister?

im 15yrs old and I really want to move out of home!my parents have broken up and I live with my dad and brother!im going through some really big problems at the moment and I dont no how to deal with them properly because my mum isnt there for me to talk to here and my sister lives in tamworth!culd I go and live with my sister with out my dad doing anything about it..?? She lives in aclean environment and I got told that you could but as long as you are ok!SO pls tell me what you think!

you have 3 years, I no it seems a while but youll b fine. just do stuff with friends and do some school activities and then youll fly by. Good luck

Fron what I know, you will need your parents permission.

Whomever has legal rights on you (being a minor) would have to give permission - other than that:

Legally, you must either be the 'age of majority' in your state (usually 18) or get an emancipation order issued by the Court...I wish you the best !!

The only thing you can do is either get permission from your gardian or have your gaudian give custody of you to your sister.

I don't know. Your parents may have split up, but you are kind of taking it in the wrong way. Do you absolutely hate it there??? If it's that bad, would you leave your brother there?? Ask yourself this then email me back
