I'm currently 14 years old because I don't like my parents and I was just wondering if I could move out of my mom and dad's house to legally live with my aunt?

jennyzboy,

At 14, you cannot legally move out of your guardian's house unless married, in the service, or with a legal emancipation.

If your parents approve of the move in with your aunt, it should be okay.

good luck.

Legally: 1) find out the 'age of majority' in your state (Most 18)
2) find out the requirements for filing for 'emancipation' in your state
