Can my daughter move back home with me?

My daughter lives in Texas with her father and wants to move back home with me, her mother. Is she old enough to do that at 17 years old?

your daughter has as much right to make a discion as a grown up she is almost 18 to defend her self as a young adult .........she can go to court and tell the judge that she is willingly and wanting to live with you ages 14-18 can decied to live with which ever parent they want to live with ....as long as the parent has a nice home and a good working job
