I have a motorola with at&t. Am I allowed to upgrade to the Iphone with my same plan?

no , because iPhones you have to update you plan . Are you getting the new iphone or old ?
cause the new iphone internet fee is 30 $ and old is 20$
there is no difference really between the new and old , the new is just a little faster .
