What are you guys doing for mother's day?
Anything special?

I just asked this, but didnt actually answer my own question, so no, nothing special... my mom's to far away...

We're taking my mom out to eat and just kinda relaxing the rest of the day as far as I know. Its been kinda crazy so it will be good just to have a day to do whatever.

well my mom is going to be gone for mother's day she had to go out of state to move my brother who is in the army back home so he gets her for mothers day.

My hubby is going to keep the baby away from me until 10 am, when he will wake me up with a Starbucks and let me get dressed in peace. Then I'm going to get a pedicure.

Well, the thing is that I'm adopted - I know my real mother but I don't have contact with her, and my adopted mother divorced my father and I'm living with my father - and the only way of communication we know is through emails. On mother's day, I'm going to make my mom a dandelion drawing (to me it symbolizes hope, some people might tell you that you should blow the dandelions and make wishes. I haven't seen her in over 5 years. Will see her this Christmas.) and I'm also going to draw me with her together. ^^ I'll send her a brief poem and tell her how much I appreciate her. If she was here in real life, I would buy her flowers and light lots of candles for her, buy her chocolate and a present that lasts - maybe a music box. =)
