Has the morning after pill kicked in?

okay so I had sx and the condom ripped. so I got the morning after pill. I took the first pill less than 24 hours later of having sx on august 14th at 2:42pm. the box said to take the next pill 12 hours later. but then the doctor’s prescription said to take both pills at the same time. so I took the second one 20 minutes later. did it still work?

also, it’s been 2 days since I took the pills, and I haven’t experienced any symptoms like nausea or dizziness. I just feel really bloded all the time. and I fart non-stop! lol. and some somewhat thick (not chunky) white discharge is coming out of my vagina. also a little breast tenderness, but just a bit. did the pill kick in or not?

it might be side effects from the pill but it should work 72 hours after …if you think your pregnant it should have worked right away so i wouldnt worry
