while there is muscle under there, it doesnt help
because the majority of it is fat
and the only way to increase fat is to gain more weight
but depending on your body type and genes you might not gain it on the places you want to
so unfortunantly, nbothing will help
especially not any type of diet or any exerscise
Eating a little over the amount of calories your body needs will help you to gain weight, but doing exercises (e.g walking, swimming, cycling) if done consistantly will prevent you from becoming too overweight. You might not be able to get the weight to go specifically to your bum though, it's all down to luck really.Be careful not to gain too much weight (if you are already a healthy weight though)
