MoM's 25 weeks pregnant what could the effect on fetus be if husband regularly takes percocet for back pain?

I would think that it would have any effect since the mother isn't taking it. Im not really sure if percocet has any effect on the sperm. That is something that the ob/gyn would be able to answer for you.

The only negative effect it could have on the fetus is if the situation distresses the pregnant mother.
