Am I too fat to be a model?

Am I to much of a fatty to become a model? Im about 5'4 and 116 pounds. Im just embarassed to like go to an agencey and having them tell me I have to loose like 20 pounds or something.

well the minimum height for a runway model is 5'7. when I went to sign with my first 2 agencies they said I was too short and im 5'9. as for your weight, your bmi is 19. something and thats perfect so no please dont loose weight.

That really sucks...How can I grow?

hmmm...mmm...your so right nowadays the industry gets ebtter and worst every day , I am 5'7 and weigh 131 ... hmmm its hard for me to picture how you look as to either fat or skinny but my main point is that yu dont NEED to be americas next top model , think bout it you cud have lil simple pics in magazines and stuff , you know for like JC penny .. also there are sooo many mopdels out there all different shapes and sizes but I will say ... work for what you want and you just might get it [ me personally wud not consider you to be fat]

You are a perfect weight! Though you are to short to model! Petite or comercial would be great for you! Most models that are in magazines and to fashion (JcPenny as well) have models that are at least 5'8. So, if you want to be a model just go to a lot of commercial agencies and see what they think about you.
