I think the best way you could meet Miley, is go to all of her concerts and like try and get backstage meet n greet tickets. Yes they cost more but still, if your that determined to meet her then that doesnt even matter. Thats how I met my favorite celeb!

okay to the person that said find out where she lives on the internet. that is never going to happen. and if you go there you will be carried out by her big body gaurds so don't take that advice. the only way you can meet her is at concerts or awards and stuff. or if you spot her walking around in california. Haha I know where she lives. She lives in Palos Verdes ( which is in Los Angeles) ,Ca. If you people live here its easy to run into people and become friends with people in the industry. a lot of my friends started out on Disney. Just hangout in Hollywood

I think the only ways you could meet Miley Cryus is if you became an actress or if your at one of her concerts but if you look in a magazine there always could be a contest to meet her just try to send stuff to the magazine copany and hopefully they will pick you...
