As long as you think it looks proportional and even then I don't see anything whong with it. I had one that had migrated but it had migrated so that the skin had become too thin. I had to take it out, let it heal and have it redone. As long as you have enough skin, and you like the way that it looks then keep it.

Migration of the belly ring
I had my belly pierced 2 months ago and I changed it and nothin happens because most of my scars heal fast. But I put my oringinal belly ring back in to see what it looks like and I have a little less skin than it was before. So my question is your...
belly piercing supposed to get a lil smaller over time (migrate) because its a sign of healing? Or wats the deal...or am I being paranoid?
P.s the skin is not thin...its just a lil small than when 1st pierced
