Is there a way to play midtown madness 3 on a pc?

please tell me a way of playing this game on pc as I can't afford to buy an xbox! I know I'm being a fool & I also know this is an xbox game, still is there really no way ? I don't believe that!

Sorry.. not at the moment, no. There are emulators That have been built to do this with some games working successfully, but there was some major things done to the PC to speed it up enough and accelerate the graphics. The X-box has dropped in price drastically since the advent of the 360. It would be cheaper and less of a hassle to just buy the x-box.
