If you dont have installed in your system, then go for a service engineer to get installed for free MS OFFICE 2003. If you have it just press ctrl and R and type winword . It gets opened

As Kiram2007 mentioned, if Mircosoft Word is on your computer (and you are running Windows) press Ctrl and are together, which will bring up a little window. Type winword in there, and press enter. If Word is on your computer, it will open, and you just need to hunt down its home and create a shortcut for it. If it isn't, you will get a message saying 'cannot find this program'.

Microsoft Word (and the office suite) generally doesn't come with computers, and needs to be bought separately (yes, it costs money).
