Metabolism and smoking

Asked by therightlad about 1 year ago, 2 answers.

So I quit smoking about 8-9 months ago (yay me) and I've put on a little bit of weight, not much though, but enough to annoy me. I havent been eating anything extra so I think its my metabolism that has changed slightly.

Anyway, the weight I've put on...

is only on my lower abdomen, where my V used to be.
What are the best exercises to do to shift that weight.

Cardiovascular works. Try jogging more. Or running. Don't over exert yourself and get up to a point where you can run. Swimming works the whole body. And, not trying to be perverted, but have more sex.
