Mentorship project topic

I have to do a final project for mentorship about disorders or dieases that influence young children or impact them in their daily lives. Because there is such a variety of things to do I just can't pick a topic. I was thinking about OCD but I really want something to wow my class any ideas?

How about Childhood Onset Schizophrenia?

Schizophrenia is generally characterized by:
Positive symptoms: pathological excesses or bizarre additions to behavior
Delusions-false or erroneous beliefs based on misperceptions
Hallucinations-erroneous perceptions
Disorganized speech & thinking
Inappropriate affect
Negative symptoms:
Flat affect, poverty of speech, lack of goal directed behavior, Social withdrawal

And the other disorders we did in my abnormal child class...
