Memory card for lg chocolate [vcast]

okay...
so I got a memory card for my birthday last week
and I put music on it from my computer.
but when I put my memory card on my phone,
it said I had nothing on my card.
how do I get my music to show up??
I am getting very frusterated.
please...

btw, I have a LG Chocolate

I have the same phone, if you have the usb plugged in correctly did you download the software for the phone, like I have Verizon so I needed Rhaspody, you may need to do that, check that you are correctly synced also.

can I just put music on my mem card? kuz my friend put my mem card in her cell, and the music shows up on her phone, but not mine.
I dont know what is wrong.
