How to improve my basic math skills?

how to imrpve math skills starting from basics
im going back to school but I have a difficult time remembering the basics

Do hard math in your head to keep your brain going. I do. I think it helps because I'm not stuck when people ask me about everyday math.

okay for the last couple of years I've been struggling in math and I finally figured it out! you have to block out everyone but you and the teacher and the acually math in math class! NO FRIENDS! they cant help you at all only distract u. and the best way to learn math is by trying to teach it to someone else and using little tricks to remember things
