Yes, masturbation is good for males and females.

If this is something you're looking to explore I would be sure to get some form of lubrication whether it be lotion or KY lubricant before actually masturbating. You can do it without but if you're just beginning you may hurt yourself.

masturbation is good for u it makes your penis more erect and harder longer so when u have sex with a girl u can take over and make her beg u to stop because u have outlasted her sexually.
