Ok I have decied not to have sex just yet but I would like to know how to ma*terbate just until im ready.My friend said use a pillow but im not sure how to.Please help!

Ok please DON'T use a candle stick!! Well the traditional is fingers and a vibrator that you can get from shops like ann summers. Whatever you use make sure it's washed before you use it. Some people use toothbrushes, mobile phones, vegitables like carrots etc. But if you are going to use this then make sure it's washed. The most important thing is not what you use it's how you use it. You need to learn about you bits so for example where your clitorus etc is.
