I smoked roughly once a week to twice a month. Some times more some times less. I am about 150 and 5 foot 10. I run/swim 3-4 times a week and work out 4-5 times a week. I waited 17 days before I went in for my drug test. I drank lots of water. Took 2 at home tests on day 10 and day 13 and passed both. From what I read a lot depends on the frequency in which you partake. Take a word for the wise, if you know you MIGHT get tested, just lay off for AT LEAST 3O days and if you are a big time player then 2 MONTHS + so you don't have to worry about it. It isn't worth it... Don't believe the idiots who say 30 days after one use but what I would recommend is buy some at home tests and figure out how you personally work and take the tests until your clean. Obviously as stated before the more you toke the long its going to take. Doesn't matter for me, I give it up, it isn't worth the hassel.
