Yeah, the spelling and the caps really turns people off. And specifically answering questions about weight are annoying, because that seems to be the only question people are posting now. But if that is the only question you want to ask, then ask it nicely, with proper spelling and capitals. Otherwise it seems your mentally shouting at us lazily. I hope you follow this advice and that you have some luck.

Edict says that typing in all capital letters is not polite because it is like shouting at someone and their are many spelling programs that can be found on the Internet for free. To answer your question, Yes it is possible to lose three pounds a week but I would check with a doctor so you will not lose nutrients or vitamins that your body may need during a diet program. I also agree w/everyone else. Quit worrying about your weight and learn to spell. From the looks of your picture it doesn't look like you need to lose any weight. You look about the right size. An in answer to your question, YES yu can lose 3# a week. Start eating Raw fruits/Vegtables. Raw food fills you up a lot faster than cooked food thereby cutting down on the amount of food that you eat. Good Luck!

Anyway, yes, you can loose 3 lbs per week...but dont go any higher. I guess 3 lbs is the maximum you should go. Eat 3 meals EVeryday. DONT skip meals. Never ever. Try to do atlleast 30 mins of workout 6times a week. And drink lots of water! you must stay hydrated... especially when your exercising...
I have noticed throughout the site that your question is always about loosing weight. It appears that you are obsessed regarding your weight. People who usually ask questions regarding weight loss when it appears you don't or shouldn't have issues when I look at your picture. Sometimes people who are obsessed with their weight might be heading down a very dangerous path including eating disorders. If you continue to try and loose weight or try to starve yourself to keep loosing weight. While loosing that much weight you will or might notice your heart starts to beat differently and you have cold sweats but in reality you are just damaging your body by starving it. You should read up on Karen Carpenter a singer who died from an eating disorder. I'm not suggesting you have an eating disorder however you should also look into the dangers of loosing weight quickly. If your really wanting to watch your weight and trying to loose that much in a week I would suggest you speak to a dietician or your doctor and maybe they can help you with a healthy/active program to help you out.
