yeah just say Hi or introduce yourself, chances are he already does notice you, he just doesnt know you're interested.

Most guys (well at least the ones I know) prefer girls who wear little to no makeup...So if you really want to wear it I'd say some lipgloss, eyeliner and some mascara and you're good to go.

do you seriously want him to notice you because of something that can be washed away? maybe a little eyeliner and a natural looking eyeshadow, but other than that it isn't worth it because then you cover up who you are. and he probably has noticed you, like nevets said. so try talking to him instead of dressing up like something you aren't.

eye shadow mascara and lipgloss...not stick but gloss...any color of your choice but I hope you know how to apply makeup don't make it look messed up
