How to start making out?

ok...
so even though my age isnt right im really 13.
there is this boy I like and I was over his house today.
I wanted to make out but I didnt know how to come on to him(how to start)
and im a little confused on how to make out stilll...
help please?

It's easier if you start out by kissing their neck and then progress to their lips, or else you can just really slowly lean in and kiss the corner of their lips. Kiss their lips normal first and after a few seconds of that use a little bit of tongue and switch off between little bits of tongue with normal kisses.

Ok, well take what braind88 said to consideration when actually proceeding with the physical actions, but also keep in mind there is a mental aspect to it.. make sure your partner is ready, and is informed of what is going on, you do not want to kiss someone when they do not share the same thoughts about you, anyways, good luck, and I hope everything works out for you.. :]
