How do I stop being so addicted to the computer?
Im always on it chatting with people.
Its affecting my life and I dont know what to do.

toadaly has a point. lol. I am also addicted, so bad that I sometimes can't sleep cause of the computer. Try putting it of, giving the power cable to someone you know won't give it back until later and get some fresh air for about 2 days. lol
