Lump in my stomach in the tanning bed

I get a big lump in my lower stomach when I lay in the tanning bed. It moves..and it hurts. What could it be?

Just like the tanning bed makes the outside of your body hot, it also makes the inside of your body hot too...possibly causing damage to your fetus (if you are pregnant) You should definitely take a test or see a doctor. And take a break from tanning until you know for sure. It's possible.
