You need to work your lower abdominal muscles to lose the lower stomach fat. Leg lifts is one way to do it.

Also, to get a firm, toned stomach, you need to work all three major areas: lower abs, upper, and obliques. Twisting / turning exercises will work the obliques, and then raising the upper or lower body will work the upper or lower abs.

Diet + Cardio

Try to eat a clean diet consisting of 5-6 smaller meals spread out about 3 hours through the day, and cardio about 3 days a week.

if you want good abs, then you need to work out. but you can work out all you want and not have abs because by doing however many situps a night or whatever this does not burn fat. it just tones your abs. this means that you may have fantastic abs but you wont be able to see then because they will be hidde beneath a layer of fat. get rid of that layer of fat by dieting and running or some other form of excercise... and you should be on your way! happy

hope this helped?
