Lost my money on itunes. how to get it back?

My computer froze up while I was in the process of buying songs. So I had to shut it down and when I went back on all the money was lost. I tried putting the card back in but it said it was already used.
Someone told me how to get it back but I dont...

remember how. Does anyone know how?

the only thing I've ever done was emailed them or called the number on the card and told them what happened..worked for me..I don't know anything you can do yourself
