There is only really one way to lose weight. Burn more calories then you eat. One time I lost some weight by only eating cereal. I had 4 bowls of cereal a day. One for Breakfast, one for Lunch and 2 for Dinner. You should do something at least 3 times a week that gets your heart rate up for 30 minutes.

Ok my friend weighes 230 pounds and is about '5 feet,9 inches'She is starting to do 50 sit-ups a night.If she does this every night how long would it take her to lose 50 pounds?
What else could she do to lose those 50 pounds faster?
And what should she eat to also help lose 50 pounds?
