There is only really one way to lose weight. Burn more calories then you eat. One time I lost some weight by only eating cereal. I had 4 bowls of cereal a day. One for Breakfast, one for Lunch and 2 for Dinner. You should do something at least 3 times a week that gets your heart rate up for 30 minutes.

Ok my friend weighes 230 pounds and is about 5 feet,9 inchesShe is starting to do 50 sit-ups a night.If she does this every night how long would it take her to lose 50 pounds?
