For some people it's very simple, others not so easy. Doctors wouldn't reccomend a teenager taking a weight loss supplement, pills and stuf like that. Because it can affect your body in a negative way. The best thing to do would be to eat right and excersise, there are plenty of websites to look up weight loss plans and stuf. It's not good to diet unless yoo'h know what your doing because there are certain things your body needs. (ex:iron,calcium,protein,zinc, etc) if yoo'h are interested in vegitarianism yoo'h should check out a book called skinny b*tch it's a great book and i found it very helpful. your local library should carry it, or yoo'h can buy it for $15.00 hope that helped

Now here's what worked for me and most importantly it is GOOD for me. I lost weight without a diet.
