lean meat (chicken, fish, turkey) cooked in chicken broth (not oil or butter)... and lots of green veggies like broccoli, squash, asparagus, spinach, etc. no milk, no carbs, take a multivitamin, and a calcium supplement. run or do the eliptical 20 minutes a day.
sit-ups will help strengthen that area.
