How can I lose 20 lbs in less than a month?

Im going off to college and I want to be back to the body I had before I fell in love and my boyfriend made me fat ;) lol

There’s no healthy way to do that…healthy weight loss is a few pounds a week.

I don’t think you can loose twenty pounds easily, as long as you have a good diet and exercise and feel healthy though, you’re likely healthy and fine.

u can lose weight in a month depending on how much u weight right now. 20 lbs in alot for a month but it can be done. best thing i can think of is, eat better and healthier, eat less during the day as in not eating so much in a day, eat like 3 times thru the day. cut out soda, drink lots of water. also work out. if u have the money u should try to get insanity or some kind of workout. gl. insanity works well. u can burn 1000 calories in 1 work out(in less than an hr.)

u really dont no much then. theres no healthy way if the person is 120 lbs. but if a person is 140+ then there are healthy ways. its different for men and women.

take away all the junk food no junk food wat so ever non zero.. and work out alot..

Eat fruits, veggies, and nuts every day for a month. only those nothing else, it will be hard but it will definatley be worth it. And dont drink soda or juice only water. My Uncle did this for a week and a half and lost 16 pounds.

Exercise for around an hour a day. It doesn’t have to be all at one time but an hour a day in total is how much you should be getting. Stop eating all junk food, and cut back on drinks like juice because it’s extremely sugary. Drink 1% milk instead of 2%, or drink skim milk. Eat a lot of small meals throughout the day instead of three regular sized meals- basically snack on fruit and veggies all day instead of having 3 large meals. Also to sort of bribe yourself to keep being healthy, buy a really adorable pair of jeans that are a size too small and tell yourself “when I lose weight I’m going to be able to fit into these and they’ll look amazing” If you do all that you should lose weight…I’m not sure about 20 lbs in less than a month though. But I guarantee that if you do all that I said above you’ll lose weight :)

OH and if you’re feeling sort of hungry you can drink water instead of eating, because water fills you up. And only eat when you’re hungry.

20 pounds in a month is unrealistic. You should lose 1-2 pounds a weke maximum. Even if you do lose 20 pounds (some morbidly obese people manage that - it would mainly be water and no fat). Eat healthy, exercise and set more realistic goals for yourself.

i say do ALOT of dancing i lost 10-15lbs in like 2-3 weeks like that but it makes u REALLY sore!! I danced ALOT 2 Cupid Shuffle.. O & Motley Crue’s “She goes down” ;)

yeah im actually a vegan so thats pretty much all i eat lol i just need more water i guess lol
