YOU SHOULD EAT 6 SMALL MEALS A DAY TRY TO EAT MORE FOODS WITH MORE PROTIEN AND LESS FAT AND THEN START DOING CARDIO VASCULAR EXERCISES HERE IS A REALLY GOOD CARDIO EXERCISE BUT BEFORE U START MAKE SURE U STRECH YOUR LEGS GOOD BECAUSE THIS IS A HARD WORKOUT USE A BIKE OR AN EXERCISE BIKE GO AS FAST AS YOU CAN ON THE HARDEST GEAR GO FOR 30SECS THEN REST FOR 1MIN DO THIS UNTIL U REACH 20MINS AND THIS SHOULD HELP AND TRY TO EAT ABOUT 500 CALORIES LESS THEN WHAT YOU SHOULD EAT IF YOU NEED ANYMORE HELP JUST FUNMAIL ME AND I'LL GET BACK TO U

Why wouldn't you want anyone to find out?

The abs diet. You can get on the Abs Diet and Exercise plan and lose the weight in about 6-8 weeks. And if you continue you should be able to maintain the weight and tone up more.

Just eat smaller portions of healthy, natural foods, like fruits and veggies, lean meats like skinless chicken or turkey breast, loin type meats and fish. Change from white flour products to whole grains like wheat, pasta, rice breads and cereals. Small on small amounts of seeds and nuts when you need a snack. Eat beans and legumes, good sources of protein. Cut out fried or fast foods, and drinks lots of water, instead of presweetened drinks like soda. And you need to exercise, even if it's just walking, but work out for 30-60 minutes 4-5 times a week, a overall body workout that includes aerobics, cardio, resistance training or weights are really beneficial for burning fat and keeping your metabolism going. Small changes like cutting out salty or sugary snacks is a good start. But smaller portions is the real key! It takes a little work and some time but you can do it.
