That's a pretty unrealistic goal, but you could just not eat for 2 days. Try not eating the second day away from your date, you'll lose weight but know that it's all going to be water weight and the second you eat you'll gain it back. Don't eat untill you're miserably full, that usually helps start a healthy diet for you in the future. Eat untill you're comfortable.
