Little kid party :)

For my 16th birthday instead of a sweetsixteen im having a toddlers party :D
The theme is Tinkerbell/Peterpan happy
Im having a pinata,goodie bags, tinkerbell cake
Thing is I dont know what else to have..
I want it to be as babish as possible D:
Any...

u shud have baby food..lol..or small finger foods offer everyones drinks in baby bottles...give away diapers in the gift bags...have kid music playing like the music from yo gabba gabba..lol..

~Have lots of teddies and dollies all over the place.
~Set up a table with those toy tea sets, teapot and cups etc.
~Hang mobiles from the ceiling (you can make them easily with wooden dowel, string and McDonalds toys/little soft toys.
~Playdough table- prize for the best sculpture
~Pacifiers with lanyards- maybe paint guests names on them
