How do I apply for a hardship liscense in the state of Illinois?

'hardship' driving permits are for limited purposes involving employment, educational and medical needs. Permits will be restricted to specific usage times, areas and purposes and abuse of the privilege constitutes the offense of driving on revoked license.

To get the license , you must prove financial hardship and prove that you have no alternate means of transportation in court. You can contact the DMV for a hearing time.
