it would be best to go back to the piercer so they can take I out for you free of charge and show you how to put it in and take it out
really you just hold the hoop with your thumb and poniter finger and put one finger behind the ball and push it out at an angle (while keeping the hoop part still) keep a finger in front of the ball so it doesnt fall and so you dont spend half an hour looking for it

I had my lip peirced a while ago I have a hoop in now (Ever since I got it done I had the hoop in) I can unscrew the ball both ways for like 20 minutes and it still wont come off. Am I doing something wrong? How do I get it off?
